The Cooking Apple had been running for 5 years delivering some fun and knowledge on all things food. We all benefit from eating good food and having sociel and relaxing time around a table, but making meals from scratch takes time and inspiration. That's where we come in with ideas that are quick, easily & delicious. No fuss, big flavour.

I started the business as a way to combine of my years as a corporate HR consultant providing training and team development, my time as a senior food buyer and some serious retraining with Le Cordon Bleu. A genuine passion for food and sharing ideas comes with it too.

I am very happy to run private teen groups for D of E, 1-2-1 for kids who want to get started making proper meals, corporate events for businesses who want a new way to get the team together (on site or remotely). If you would like to join any of the public events I run locally, I would be delighted to offer this community a 20% discount on each first booking.
