I wanted to introduce myself, a Director and RICS Surveyor in the Office Agency & Consultancy team at here DeVono Cresa. Our firm is an exclusively tenant focussed, commercial real estate adviser with market leading coverage in London. We have all the different service lines that tenants of office space in London might need during their life cycle…and can provide all of this in-house.
To give you a bit of an insight into what we stand for as a business, I have attached our most recent quarterly report, The Occupier, which outlines a review of the London office market over the last quarter and the impact of the measures around COVID-19 on office space.
