Graeme Coll (current parent) Partner, Head of Emerging Markets Small Cap, Mondrian Investment Partners
Graeme heads Mondrian’s Emerging Markets Small Cap strategy. He joined Mondrian in 2005 and worked initially within the Emerging Markets Equity team, before co-founding the Emerging Markets Small Cap strategy in 2011. Prior to joining Mondrian, he was an Assistant Director at Ernst & Young Corporate Finance in London. He relocated to London from New York, having worked at Deloitte in the Financial Advisory Services Practice, transferring from Johannesburg. Graeme is a CFA Charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of the UK. He is a graduate of the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa where he completed his Bachelor of Commerce with Honours.
Jessica Taurae (current parent) Partner, Corporate Reporting Services, PwC
Jessica has over 25 years' experience providing IFRS advice to the firm's engagement teams and clients on all aspects of their accounting for financial instruments, leasing and insurance. Prior to this, she was in the Banking and Capital Markets audit practice where she was the lead manager on a major UK listed financial institution, responsible for UK consolidation, US reporting and treasury operations. She leads PwC UK's Financial Instruments accounting team and co-ordinates the firm's global guidance on accounting for financial instruments under IFRS with a focus on banking and corporate treasury related issues including leasing and insurance. She has authored numerous PwC publications on the accounting for financial instruments under IFRS. Jessica is originally from New York, where she worked in PwC's banking audit practice before transferring to London in 2000.
Chris Booth OT (SH 2008-13) Vice President, Morgan Stanley Investment Management
After leaving Tonbridge in 2013, Chris studied for a BA in Economics at Durham University. On graduating and having completed a summer internship at JP Morgan Private Bank, he joined Morgan Stanley in 2016 on the graduate programme, where he now holds the post of Vice President of Morgan Stanley Investment Management. A regular contributor at Tonbridge events; Chris will talk about his role, the route he took, and give advice on what students can be doing now to make a difference to their applications in the future.
Max Lucas, Graduate Trainee, Schroders Solutions
Whilst at school, Max had work experience placements at Hargreaves Lansdown and J.M. Finn then took a gap year working in a prep school and travelling, before studying French and Italian at Durham University. As part of the degree Max took part in the Year Abroad program with a six-month placement at Allen & Overy, Paris. After graduating, Max joined the Teach First graduate scheme, teaching French in a secondary school in Southampton for two years and also took part in an insight scheme at Bloomberg exclusive before joining Schroders Solutions.
