Venue: EM Forster Theatre, Tonbridge School
Talk at 8pm
We are delighted to welcome back to the School Zak Crawley (WH 11-16), Ed Smith (WH 90-95) and President of Marylebone Cricket Club, Mark Nicholas.
Zak is currently playing for Kent County Cricket Club, and is widely regarded as one of the most exciting emerging young players on the England team. Ed Smith enjoyed 13 seasons of first-class cricket before going on to become Chief Selector for England cricket from 2018-2021 and then Co-Founder and Director of the Institute of Sports Humanities, and Mark Nicholas scored over 25,000 runs over an 18 year career, before becomming an acclaimed broadcaster and the current President of the MCC.
Please join us for an engaging and insightful discussion in the EM Forster Theatre, where Zak, Ed and Mark will be in conversation regarding the past and future landscape of cricket and its close links with Tonbridge.
Due to the popularity of this event, you are welcome to bring a maximum of one guest, who is directly linked to Tonbridge School (OTs, Past and Current Parent and Spouses).
