Learn the art of the light and delicate Macaron! Our cookery school instructor will show you the skills needed to create these sweet meringue-based confections.
You will make a rich chocolate ganache to assemble your macarons with.
You will also learn how to make choux pastry and then assemble profiteroles. There are so many uses for choux pastry. Once you have cracked choux pastry, you'll be amazed at the many ways you will be able to use this versatile pastry.
