Rory Laughton-Scott is the founder of The Career Agent, a recruitment and career coaching business. They have helped 350+ people to land new jobs, get pay rises and even to start their own business. Rory is most interested in helping people to play to their strengths and to sell themselves effectively; to make sure that they use the talents they have been given!

Gori Yahaya is a multi award-winning entrepreneur, speaker, founder and CEO of UpSkill Universe, a digital learning and social impact scale-up. UpSkill Universe has been the driving force behind some of the largest global digital skills and tech-talent academies, enabling young people and business owners to access the AI and tech skills needed to participate in society and build a thriving economy. Gori is also a policy advisor at 10 Downing Street on Future Skills for the UK.
