As a recent leaver, you could provide useful insight. Help current Tonbridge Upper Sixth boys with top tips on transitioning to university, work and gap years. This year’s leavers are in their final term at Tonbridge and given all the recent changes, we are developing a programme of events for them. We are particularly keen to help them prepare for life after Tonbridge and can think of no better way than to hear from recent leavers who are at university, just finished or took an alternative route. You can provide an invaluable source of extra information, giving them an inside track on university life, taking a gap year and a knowledge that reaches far beyond universities’ official brochures and websites. We will be organising a series of webinar sessions, which will give all Upper Sixth boys an opportunity to seek advice on aspects such as: Organising your time and work; Managing finances; Continuing with sport; Food, shopping and cooking; Taking a gap year and general tips for getting the most out of the university experience. These webinars will run from Monday 15th June to Friday 26th June. Please let us know if you can help and we will be in touch with more details. Please reply by Monday 1st June, so we can include you in the boys' programme.
