Tonbridge School has been shortlisted in this year's The Institute of Development Professionals in Education (IDPE) Development Award, sponsored by Hubbub Fundraising. The award is in the 'Engagement Campaign of the Year' category, in response to the overwhelming success of Tonbridge Giving Day, which took place this year from June 28-29.
This year, 596 community members donated more than £525,000, over a 36-hour period, for the School's Foundation Awards Programme, which provides bursaries for talented, bright boys. Since 2021, £1.5 million has been raised by the Tonbridge Giving Day.
