Discover Cambridge on a Round Church Guided Walk with Stuart Anderson (FH 65-70). Encounter the key ideas, people and movements which have shaped the University of Cambridge and its colleges over eight eventful centuries during one of Stuart’s popular University Walks. Alternatively, join Stuart on a Reformation Walk to find out how Cambridge helped to ignite a faith-fueled revolution and came to be known as ‘the seat of the English Reformation’. Stuart said: “This is one of the really interesting things I have the time to do now that I have retired from full time work. The visitor centre at the Round Church is open 6 days per week, and if you haven’t had an opportunity to see the exhibition or the 20 minute video available, it is well worth doing. In fact, if any Old Tonbridgians are visiting Cambridge, or started studying at the university, my wife Sue and I would be delighted to welcome you. We run a small Bed & Breakfast establishment at our home about 2.5 miles to the east of the city centre.” For more details visit: roundchurchcambridge.org/guided-walks |
