Jack launched his Power of 5 campaign on 10 September 2023 (World Suicide Prevention Day) in honour of his friends who have tragically taken their own lives. He will be running 5km every day for a year and finishing with five marathons in five days from the 10 - 14 September 2024. The Power of 5 is named for the one in five people in the UK who struggle with their mental health.

Jack is doing this challenge with the message that it takes five minutes of your day to check in on a person that may be struggling mentally. It has a more powerful impact than you think!

Current members of Judde House will be running with Jack in February 2024. Jack is hoping to run with other members of Tonbridge School during the year, as well as with members of the Parents' Arts Society.
