OT Zak Crawley has been offered a two year central contract by the England and Wales Cricket Board to play for England's national team. This is just the latest in good news for Zak, who also recently had the honour of captaining England in their one day series game against Ireland on 20 September, and following his recent contract extensions for Kent cricket.
Zak was also the recent Ashes' series lead run-scorer in England's draw against Australia, and has been called a 'star' of the series by 'The Cricketer' publication. Having had experience leading Kent in two County Championship Matches (BBC), these impressive displays have been exciting opportunities for Zak to make his mark on English cricket and prove himself as a valued member of the team.
We at Tonbridge of course wish Zak all the best in his flourishing cricketing career.
