Update your contact details


Follow these simple steps to change your email, address and phone number. Please note that Tonbridge Connect is not supported by Internet Explorer. Please ensure that you are using an alternative browser to access the network. If at any point you need support, please contact the Tonbridge Society team, Monday-Fridays 9:00-17:15.

1. Login to Tonbridge Connect

2. On the Home page, click the arrow next to your profile picture at the top right of the screen then choose My Settings underneath your profile picture to navigate to your settings page. Alternatively, visit: www.tonbridgeconnect.org/settings



 


 

To update your email address:


1. Scroll down to the Email field and click Edit







2. To edit or overwrite your email address, click Edit, remembering to click Save to apply and changes made





3. To add an additional email address, such as your work email, to your record, click Add Email 





4. Select an email type from the drop down menu and type your email address in the box below





5. By ticking Default, this new email address will become our primary point of contact for you via email





6. Click Save to add your new email address



 


 

To update your postal address:


1. Scroll down to the Address field and click Edit







2. If you no longer live at the address listed on your record, please click No longer in use to ensure no further postal mailings are sent to this address







3. To edit your address, for example, to correct a typo, click Edit, remembering to click Save to apply and changes made






4. To add a new address to your record, click Add Address






5. Select an address type from the drop down menu and type your address into the boxes below







6. By ticking Default, this new address will become our primary point of contact for you via post






7. Click Save to add your new address







 

To update your phone number:


1. Scroll down to the Phone Numbers field and click Edit






2. To edit or overwrite your phone number, click Edit, remembering to click Save to apply and changes made






3. To add an additional phone number, such as a mobile or home phone to your record, click Add Phone






4. Select a phone type from the drop down menu and type your number into the boxes below






5. By ticking Default, this new phone number will become our primary point of contact for you via telephone






6. Click Save to add your new phone number
